We've Moved!  Just around the corner and down the street, to:  329B Harrison Street, Oak Park.  It's a light, airy, comfortable space with easy, free street-parking and 4 blocks from the Lombard exit at the CTA Austin Blueline stop.

Special Event!  On Wednesday, December 13th from 7-8:30 pm, I will be at the Forest Park Public Library teaching a free Stress Relief Workshop.  Breathing & Meditation Techniques to Relieve Stress - Spend an evening learning simple breathing techniques which aid in the relief of stress and anxiety.  In addition, you'll be led through and taught a guided visualization meditation for feeling calm, centered and grounded. We'll also be doing some gentle stretching to get the energy moving, so dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.  No previous yoga or meditation experience necessary.

At Nature Yoga-Oak Park:  Mondays 6-7:15 pm Basic Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga;  Mondays 7:30-8:45 pm Moderate-paced Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga;  Wednesdays 9:30-11 am Deep Stretch Yoga;  Thursdays 6:00-7:15 pm Intro to Yoga;  starting December 1st - the First Friday of every month 7:30-9:00 pm Restorative Yoga.  

At Elmhurst Yoga Shala: Tuesdays 1-2:15 pm Harmonious Hatha.
