JoAnn Concialdi & Dancing Spirit Healing

My passionate interest and studies into holistic philosophies began over 40 years ago, delving into topics such as diet, nutrition, chemical and environmental toxicities, Chinese medicine, homeopathy, ayurveda, the workings of energy and energy healing, metaphysics, the mind-body-spirit connection, as well as theosophy, mysticism, and Eastern and Native American spiritual traditions, philosophies and practices. All of which have become an integral part of who I am, forming the intention of how I live my life and view the world. It is an ever-present guide in my way of life and in my practice.

Twenty years ago, I began focusing my studies into formal trainings of the Bach Flower Remedies, Reiki, Pranic Healing, Yoga and Meditation. I am a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, Yoga & Meditation Instructor, and Reiki Master and have been in practice for twelve years.

As a Bach Flower Practitioner, I trained through the Bach International Education Program, the only accredited program of study in North America approved by the Bach Centre in England. I completed their advanced practitioner training and am a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner (BFRP).

As a Reiki Master of the Usui Shiki Ryoho method, I am a Registered Member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.

I completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification program from Gopi Om, a disciple of Sri Dharma Mittra, and have acquired E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1,500+ teaching hours) credentials through the Yoga Alliance, as well accruing over 250 hours of additional approved Continuing Education training. I earned Relax and Renew® Advanced Level Restorative Yoga Trainer certification from Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., P.T., senior master teacher and student of the venerable B.K.S. Iyengar, and have also had the joyful experience of assisting her.

I believe that overall health and well-being involves taking into consideration all aspects of our Being—the spiritual, physical, mental, and the emotional—and a key component to that is self-awareness and the knowing of Oneself on a profound level. The focus of my practice is to help and support people in understanding themselves and their emotions better, in developing and improving their relationship with Self, and in making a deeper connection with Self and, ultimately, with Spirit. I’m all about self-development, growth and spirituality. I work with clients and students via the Bach Flower Remedies and Yogic teachings and philosophies, which include poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness, as well as through Energy-work techniques and sometimes supplementing with Reiki. It is my joy to assist people, so that they can fulfill their own personal joy.
